Unfold Psychology San Francisco

Unfold Psychology is a private mental health practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Led by Dr. R. Austin Heafey, PsyD, we serve individuals, couples, and families from offices in Corte Madera, Oakland, San Francisco, and San Jose, with virtual care statewide.

Our team provides individual, couples, and family therapy, psychological and neuropsychological assessments, executive functioning coaching for students and adults, court-ordered child custody evaluations, and forensic psychology services. Our forensic work includes courtroom testimony and attorney consultation. We support clients from toddlers to adults through a biopsychosocial framework.

Our practice model sets us apart. Clients receive direct clinician access by text, email, and phone with a 3-hour response window, gratis between-session support, and the choice of in-home, in-office, or virtual sessions. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
